Company to avoid!!! Horrible after sales service! And the Owner is even worse

Horrible company with horrible staff and an even worse owner. Customer Service Rep mumbles and you cannot make out what he says on calls or voice notes, and what you can decipher makes no sense. Owner does not care about customers. Makes horrible business decisions that cost the customer money and puts extra money in his pocket.
