Beware very aware of this company

Huge return issues and sour director. Never ever purchase from these people. Poor customer service. They sell you the dream and than machines dont operate as intended. ive have purchased 2 large machines from them and now 1 small auto mug press. They refuse to refund a brand new unit mug press used only once. Inconsistent heating and bad results on mugs. Beware. Beware. Beware.
