bad service and quality

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. When I complained to the manager her response was “you can get this ******* or expensive price, same *******”.

Their customer service is appalling. When the technicians came to my factory to repair my roll press (that has a s**** rate of more than 50%), not only were they unable to resolve the problem. When they installed the blanket that I had to pay R17k for they dirtied and shrunk it. They were unable to resolve the issue that they assured me will be sorted after the installation of the new blanket. Needless to say, the smilies (creases in the fabric) and s**** rate is now even worse. When I tried to return the blanket for a refund they refuse to take back the blanket because it is dirty and shrunk (it was installed by their technicians who damaged it like that). Also while they were in my factory they also damaged my surrounding machinery worth R4,4k in damages which they refuse to pay.
