Bad service and product

To the concerned. I would like to inform you regarding AM.co.za Johannesburg. I bought two Printing machines from them and one cutter. Since the beginning we had the worst possible service. We struggled with the setup with the machines and then if something happens and you report the fault the feedback from them is to buy additional parts as the solution. One of our machines recently broke within the warranty period and after reporting it on AM.co.za/Callout it was said that it was our fault that the pinch rollers broke and that we must replace it ourselves. They also insist that you as the client strip the parts off to take to them to examine. This judgement was based on a photo we send to them and them without sending a technician deciding it was us that damaged the parts. We found that the Pinch roller spring tension is to strong and because of the excessive tension breaks the roller.

I have had several other machines before the AM machines and never had any of these problems regarding pinch rollers. So please be careful of them and I will not recommend this supplier.
