Bad service

I bought white dtf ink with sublimation inks and other consumables online. The time I placed an order the white dtf ink was available for me to purchase. Later on they contacted me to say white dtf ink is out of order therefore they will courier what is available and then when the ink is back in stock they will courier my dtf white ink. Now its been over 2 weeks without receiving my ink, they are telling me i should collect my ink . Im based in kimberley hence i chose courier because it is FAR. The lady called April said I must collect. That is being disrespectful to your loyal client im so furious right now because my business is on hold. This is bad service
