very terrible experience, they use to be very good and responsive, .. and i have to buy a software for a machine which i already purchased from them.

I noticed that the barcode for the software is *** and the software ID is ***.
Have you misplaced the software activation code? If so, you will need to purchase a new one as we do not keep a record of sold activation codes.
However, if you still have the activation code, you can deactivate it in order to move or reinstall the software on another computer.
To do so, you can use this tool: https://softwaretraining.co.za/deactivate
