Bad Aftersales

Good day, Following my telephonic conversation with April today, 24th October 2025, I must express my profound disappointment. For someone in a management and ownership role, I found her conduct to be highly disrespectful. She did not allow me adequate time to speak, exhibited a complete lack of listening, and, to my astonishment, ended the call abruptly by hanging up on me.

Given that I have previously sent multiple emails to both Eric and April without receiving any response, this recent interaction has left me with no alternative. I have formally reported this matter to the Ombudsman, and I have also engaged my legal counsel to pursue this further. Furthermore, I was quite surprised to discover several negative reviews regarding AM.CO.ZA on Hello Peter, which unfortunately aligns with my recent experiences.
