Useless service

My very expensive stove top kettle's nozzle fell off and got damaged by the gas flame. In my quest to buy a replacement nozzle, I was shockingly advised by AMC consultant they do not supply spare parts, they are unable to help me. Surely it is a loose item part one should be able to acquire from AMC. I am very dissatisfied with their service. I might as well have purchased a kettle from a walk in retail store.
