Unprofessional service

We ordered pot few weeks ago and everything went well untill it came to delivery I had to mail my address for delivery and the person im dealing with doesn't know how to handle people or send a proper email Everything is handled like its her first day on the job Til this day ive not been supp**** with a delivery date and she doesn't know when it will be delivered
