Unacceptable customer service

Put and paid order on 31 May. 7 days later inquire of the where abouts. Curtomer service not helpful. Told me that the oeder just been processed an will 10 working days to deliver. This contradicting with the order confirmation stating 4-5 working days for delivery. Totally unacceptable.
