They say there products are life time grantee but I think is because you wait a life time for it or never receive it

We have signed a contract and paid a deposit of R1,000.00 on 6 May 2020 for the purchase of steam pot, kettle, induction stove, steak knifes, braai and baking tins. The amount that would have been deducted every month for 14 months would have been R642. They have made a mistake on their side and said they accidentally registered us on lay-by and we would receive our products after we have paid in full. We have paid the outstanding amount of R8,989.00 on 29 May 2020 to get our products. We have send numerous of emails to AMC to get our products and they said the kettle is on back order and they will deliver our order parsley. On 18 September 2020 we have not received a thing from them or did not make any contact with us so we ask for a full refund on our money. Got no reply. Later i received a sms saying they will deliver the products by November 2020 the kettle was still the problem. The end of November they said they will deliver by December 2020. So we said we don't want there products but we want our money refunded in full various of times. On the 11th of December they send an email that stated they will do the refund and it will take 48 hours before it will reflect in my bank account. We are now at the 5th of January 2021 no money has been received or we were not contacted by them.

THIS IS BAD SERVICE WELL CAN'T CALL IT BAD SERVICE THERE WERE NO SERVICE.
