Terrible service and defective product
I purchased the entire universal set about 2yrs ago. Since then it has been consistently stained despite barely cooking in them. I did send it in once to amc & they had it repolished but to no avail. They are highly disinterested in customer service & for a product that is so high in price and has a lifetime guarantee I am really disappointed with the workmanship.
