Poor service from AMC Cookware

To AMC Cookware. Please advise your agents to be honest with their clients. Bought a set of cookware that was on special recently. This special came with a free gift (pressure cooker). The agent did not inform us that the free gift will only be available once your account is fully settled. From the outset she mentioned once your application is approved, your set & your gift will be delivered within 3 weeks. At no stage we were told that the gift will not be delivered. Disappointed when someone conducts business this way. Poor service.
