Poor service for expensive pots

I sent my pot to get refurbed in PE on the 12 June and have not got it back on 19th Sept. I have tried to get hold of PE but they say the factory has not got back to them. I don’t think the lady answering the phone knows the meaning of customer service but gives you lip about her job description etc etc
