Poor service

I made a purchase of R14000 from a sales person at Tambotie Mall Randfontein. I paid the full amount by credit card. She made me a deal that included swapping a gift for something else that is worth about R500 less. The rest of the money would then be paid out to me. Then I received a call telling me that the extra money cannot be paid out and that I must select another gift for that price. I did that. The next day she let me know Th gift can no longer be exchanged and I must take the original gift I did not want. After allot effort they decided to d the deal anyway, but when I received the goods some thinks were missing and other were second hand and damaged and I had to take it back. Today while still waiting for the rest of my things they let me know the extra gift I selected was the wrong gift and that I must bring it back or pay in extra R500. I am very disappointed with the service I received after spending so much money
