Please don't buy from them , worst service ever .

So i did a layby with Amc , and on Tuesday i called and cancelled my order, i was informed by the consultant i think his name is Mark that they received my documents , on Wednesday i received an email from Lusanda Mhlati that i need to resend my documents which i did , then a received and email :please allow 3 days for cancelation to be processed , I called in on Friday to do a follow up because i didn't receive any SMS or email from anyone to inform me what the penalty cost would be , just to be told that they did start on my application and they don't do refunds on a Friday so it would have to wait till Monday , i was so angry i requested an explanation, still no one got back to me i phoned at 2 o'clock just to be told the cancelation was just done and the money should reflect the next day , however the email states it takes 3 days (email sent by Mariah Peterson ) so my advice to anyone thinking of buying from them they have the worst customer service agent , they have a ****ty attitude , they dont get back to you , they lie just to get you off the phone i would not recommend them to anyone , Remember if you don't like your job them you shouldn't be in customer service , and i know they delayed my refund because i called and they didn't have answers for me so schedule the payment to a specific date and not an immediate payment ( next day payment )
