Pathetic Customer Service

I am highly disappointed in the pathetic customer service I have received from your Customer Service Administrator and sales branch manager.I cannot stress enough how irritated I am with this whole mess and incompleteness. The cherry on top would be the pathetic customer service. I send an email on 29 February 2016 at 09:24 AM to Kelly no reply or acknowledgment of email. I then send an email again to [Email Removed] and then miraculously get a reply from Kelly at 03:37 PM the end of the day. I then get told that arrangements were made for me to collect my pots at a place I don't even know where it is and that is not convenient to me at all. No one has the decency to call me and arrange this with me arrangements are just made and I must just fall into the arrangements made. Just for the record I am the customer here you need to do things to fit my convenience not yours. The best part of all of this is that I expressed this in my email I don't get a rep**** to. So now I'm literally hanging waiting for answers because your company employees people with zero customer service. When I spoke to Kelly last week I made it extremely clear that happen I am cancelling this pots.
