NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!!!!

I got in touch with Joseph through the website. We accepted the quote got the first job done and then paid him the deposit for the second job, when I tried to call him to find out when he was going to start he did not answer my calls. he then blocked me on Whatsapp. My husband tried calling him but he did not answer, I tried calling from another number, he answered but when he heard it was me he hung up. We called the bank and asked them to put a block on the account that we paid the money into. He then said he would pay the money he owes us, he never did and then had the cheek to say if we take the hold off of the account he will pay us the money. He has threatened us. His number is ********** 822. Do not trust this man he is not a honest man at all.
