No Customer Satisfaction S****s

The experience I have had as a first time buyer from AMC doesnt even warrant one star. I ordered 3 items in mid December. After being quite patient in light of it being holiday season, as at today, 4 February, I still dont have my order. This is the result of incorrect order processing, incompetency, lack of proper instructions to their agents and most of all, a complete disregard for good customer service and customer satisfaction. After initially expecting my order to be delivered to me at the address I provided, it has now reached a point where I am expected to fetch my order in 2 different parts, at 2 different destinations, as a result of errors made by AMC themselves. They refuse to budge and make any kind of plan to deliver my package. Instead they expect me to wait ANOTHER whole month if I want the order delivered. I am shocked, disappointed and extremely frustrated at the way in which have handled things. I will never recommend AMC to anyone, nor will I ever purchase from them again.
