I want my Refund

I bought pot from AMC then they told me I must first pay the deposit and I went to the ATM paid R3000. After sometime I called to ask what happened. They told me me that my account did not approve. Then they said I can laybay the pot I said no I want my R3000 back. I sent them all the document they asked for and I have being waiting for my money for more than 19 days. Now the story is I must have the ID that is the same as my husband's surname which I don't use. Now they are in my private life and they are saying they want my marriage certificate. I will not change my surname just to get my R3000 all this for a refund. People think twice before buy AMC pots. They were not going to act like this if it was a Mrs Booysen or Mrs Davis but because it is a black surman they think I am robbing them for my own money. Maybe as black people we are born to be *******, so they think.
