I have not received a refund for a payment I made.
I ordered pots at AMC then I paid an amount of R440.00 that's is a 2 months installement. The pots were too small so together with my colleagues who have not yet paid for the pots returned the pots to AMC Durban North,I photocopied my payment proof and wrote down my banking details but when I ask AMC for a refund they say its a cancellation fee and I do not understand why I have to pay a cancellation fee because my colleagues were not charged anything , the consultant that I spoke too today said I made a mistake for paying, so I can't be refunded.

In terms of the NCA and terms and conditions for the sale of goods, a cancellation penalty of 10 percent of the price of the goods applies.
