How AMC Ruined my Life

AMC Messed up life. During the first wave of Lock Down, I had called AMC and requested for a payment holiday. The lady gladly assisted me and said to me okay no problem Mr Naidoo. Its done, Not advising me of anything, but said its done. Later on some months, I get a call a call from AMC saying that my account is in arrears of less than R100 or so. and that i should make immediate payment. So i have done so, Apparently AMC charged my account with interest rates for the 3 months and i haven't paid those amounts, They have listed me on the credit bureau as a Bad payer. I have disputed this but to no joy. Firstly AMC did not let me know that i need to pay any interest fees in the time of the payment holiday. Then they blacklist me. I have since app**** for a Home Loan and im having continuous problems with them listed me as a bad payer and have not paid for 3 months. I have even went to the lenghts of settling AMC so that i can be clear from them, But still noting. I am in a situation that i have to now vacate my property due to R130+ that AMC did not warn me about.
