Handles do not last a life time!
Dear Sir, We are retired senior teachers from UK, living in SA. It is with disappointment we resort to writing. We have the full AMC set purchased 30 years ago. The lid handles have now given way for 3 pots. We spoke to manager (attached) at Durban North branch and she wanted to charge us. I remarked these pots were sold with a lifetime guarantee. I will be grateful for your assistance in this matter.
