Extremely Rude Consultant

Last year I bought a cutlery from AMC from a consultant her name is Ruzani she is my neighbor . My monthly instalment was R156 and i paid R200 every month trying to pay off this as quickly i could. Every moth i paid my account without skipping any payment and i paid R200 until i received an email that i has paid off the account in full instead i was in credit of R246 in November 2022. In May someone paid R800 in error and i didn't know anything about this, i keep on paying R200. This am receiving an SMS stating that am owing AMC. Ruzani even called the AMC to conform this that I was in credit of R246 and AMC agreed that.

Today I receive a whatsapp informing that I need to pay the account. This white ladies was so rude and not professional at all. I deal with customers every day of my life. The service I received AMC extremely bad service. They made and error on their side and they want me to pay the balance of R553 Which am not going to pay. Ruzani and AMC must sort his out as she received the commission from this sale. After 4-5 months they want me to pay this money
