Extremely dissatisfied AMC Customer

Good day,

I am extremely dissatisfied with the set of AMC pots I have purchased on Monday, 15 June 2020. I saved for many years to but these pots cash and I used 2 of them. The pots look old, stained and dirty after just one use. I contacted the Agent and she confirmed I should contact you directly.

I cook on low heat and I use non stick utensils as I have grown with these pots. My mum has a set of these pots for over 40 years and they are still as good as new, she has never refurbished them in all these years.

I attempted calling your office on *** and *** to no avail, I was holding on for over 20 minutes at a time with no response.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality and standards of these pots I purchased and I expect a full refund.

Should I not receive your response within 24 hours, I will have no option but to report you on all social media platforms.
