Exceptional customer service.

Towards the end of April, I took my new frying pan back to be looked at as it was not getting hot. From the ladies that accepted the frying pan, they tested it and sent it to the factory. The frying pan was delivered to my house, packaged as new. AMC did not say I must come and fetch the frying pan, that is what I call customer service. Way to go AMC, I tested the frying pan and it works, thank you very much. I will still do business with you and will recommend you to my family and friends.
