Disgusting after service

These are great pots that offer a life time guarantee which is a good promise considering the price, however the AMC company is incapable of honoring this agreement, I've sent a pot for repairs 3 times and it came back broken, Furthermore if u send the pots to the supposed warehouse for repairs, good luck getting in touch with them, phones rings and ring and they are incapable of tracking items or even calling you back. It is the most disgusting service.
