Defected Product.

<p>This company is a complete joke.... If your considering buying...Avoid at all cost... After spending &pound;1000s of pounds on their product.... I'm absolutely disappointed with there after care and non existent customer service. I still have a pressure lid not working after nearly a year of complaining!!! Customer service consist of a one women with consistent false promises and no way of contacting anyone else. Over 6 months and no resolution... Can somebody help me to how I can take this further?</p>
