Breach of Agreement

I note your response, and am aware that the Classic range is supp**** with black handles and black visiotherm, and the Gourmet range has plain metal handles and coloured visiotherm.<br> However, your agent offered me the Classic range with black handles and choice of colour visiotherm at point of sale, and as stated in the Agreement between AMC and me. When I contacted your consultant, on two occasions after delivery of the incorrect goods, she confirmed that your company supplies the Classic range with choice of colour visiotherm. She is adamant that she sold AMC sets of this sort previously, and stated that if despatch was in any doubt, she should have been contacted to verify the Agreement. The misunderstanding and lack of clarity that you apologise for, are not on my part, but is within your company. <br> From the outset, I wanted the Classic range with black handles - ask your consultant. The error in the delivery is within AMC, and you are making it my problem. <br> I am simply asking for the Gourmet range be exchanged for the Classic range, even if it means black handles and matching visiotherm.<br> No more apologies or 'understanding' my situation -please rectify my order
