Bad Treatment

AMC South Africa has promised to refund me my money, they keep asking me to resend my banking details and my ID document. I have sent them so many times, I can attach my communication here for the whole of South Africa to see. They don’t want to refund me my Money. Their sales reps have made me order with an old order number, it was Ref number ***3 and they also gave me a new one, it’s 781324- AMC ref number. The lady that signed me up is Paulina Matlaletsa who is under Siza. When I call AMC contact centre, they agree to the refund. Then I get followed up with an email, asking me to send my documents all over again, I’ve sent them more than 5 times. They give false hope 🤬
