Bad service

I went to AMC in Blue route mall and the consultant spoke about how brilliant AMC is. I wanted to know about the promotion of 2 pots with the free induction cooker. She promised that I would get the Cookbook and cleaner with even wrote it on my pamphlet. She arrived at my home without these products and said she would find out and let me know. Three days later I still havent heard from her. Now AMC customer services is saying that I must spend over R9600 to get the Cookbook. Where is the principal behind this. I was **** to just to get the sale. Don't believe anything these sales people tell you. These days its about the sale and not about customer loyalty... so disappointed.
