Bad service

Utter disgraceful service to say the least. Waiting 3 months for my pots to be refurbished. Full of excuses. Now the excuse is the metal workers strike. Spoken to 6 different consultants and hear the same response that I will call you tomorrow once I get feedback from the factory. Totally unacceptable.
