Bad customer service

I wrote an email to them complaining and raising my concerns about the sale of cookware set which I purchased from them, where by I felt mislead by their agent. Up until Today 02-06-20 I have never received a response nor an acknowlement of my email to them. NOTHING I find this as being unfair to me as Consumer because they are the relevant people to escalate complaints from the customers.
