I bought a frying pan 2021 of 18k from a agent....a agent that clearly did not give me the load down on electrical component only has a 2 year guarantee..

I use the pan only for eid....so i can count on my hand how many times i really used the pan....sunday i decided i would like to use the pan...only to find the cord burned out...

today i took it back to AMC to get it fixed to find out..i need to pay....imagine i paid so much money for a product i hardly use...and to have to hear i need to pay R700 to get it fixed...and then in the next 3 year it breaks again

i feel...to pay so much money for a product that i need to fix...i tried to call the customer services spoke to more then one person...they refuse to let me speak to a manager
