AMC shows a total lack of commitment to service

1. Once a order is processed you never hear from AMC again..... 2. AMC is slower than a snail. 3. AMC does not answer their lines. They answered only 2 or my 4 call and then it takes very long. 4. This was a disappointing experience. 5. I used to think that AMC is the pinnacle of Cookware. Today I think of them as a business to avoid cause they are disappointingly slow and don't keep clients in the loop. 7. I wanted to order other items next month but due to this service will no longer buy AMC.
