AMC Pots are supposed to last a Lifetime ?

I am extremely disappointed to say the least , after moving on to an induction stove - My AMC pots wont work - because I bought them in 2008 - they are not the new generation pots - Really- Then why did AMC still sell the pots to customers fully knowing that they were moving onto new generation pots ? I paid a lot of money for my pots and did not know that the pots will not be compatible with changing times and new technology !<br> <br> I contacted AMC to express my disappointment - they responded with just a brief apology? Surely if you pay the amount you do with AMC - you should get a better quality of service / reassurance ?<br> Now what must I do with my pots that I purchased ? <br> I feel that AMC should help me to convert my pots to magnetic or replace them -That is only fair !<br>
