AMC not following through with free host pot as promised-Paperwork missing

i am specifically referring to the branch in Epping,so i was looking into purchasing Amc pots but what got my attention the most was the part were you host a party with 10 or more people and you guaranteed a small 20 amc pot for free.i thought why not...let me go gather my friends and family and arrange.i had someone recommend PAM.ok this aunty did the demo and brought all the things with even snacks for us. all was good, however no one ordered anything on the day besides myself.because i wanted to start small i took one pot.50 cm gourmet high on the 13 may 2018. and i wanted the free one which they said takes upto 1 month i filled in forms and the rest the consultant has to do right?so i eventually received my order pot but not my the small host pot.why not? its almost August .According to Pat she gave all the papers to Debbie and i was meant to get one but she didint know to give me one. but she been doing this for over 5 years! How do you not know yr procedures if you are a consultant.i am highly disappointed as no one responds or gets back to me.Someone must find what happened and take some kind of responsibility. i want answers and i want the pot as promised.they quick to debit you also but i dont see anyone helping with complaints.
