AMC lack of service

I bought 2 sets of pots last year and a kettle. I opted to pay monthly. My pots were paid up in October this year. I received delivery of one set at the beginning of November. By mid November when I didn't receive the other set and the kettle, I contacted AMC only to be told that the kettle I ordered the previous year was not in stock. Off course they couldn't phone me and explain this in the first place. I was assured that I would receive it by the end of November. It is now mid December, I still haven't received my pots or kettle and again not a phone call from AMC
