AMC dont hold up their lifetime guarantee on their pots!!

AMC dont hold up their lifetime guarantee on their pots!! Dont ever get your pots 'polished' by AMC they ruin the pots and will avoid holding up their guarantee at all costs. Not only did they ruin my pots in the first 'polish' which they said would clean the pots they subsequently repolished them again and shaved so much of the pots off you can almost see through them then blamed my dishwasher after I have told them several times I dont even own a dishwasher !! Before that I use the pots too much like what are the pots for? anyway I hardly cook and they are washed by hands it was the polish that ruined the pots and AMC refuse to accept responsibility. I have been without pots for months and I am not getting any resolution from AMC.
