AMC credit bureaus update

In actual fact, AMC did not deserve any star rating from me. I had an account with AMC which i settled in September 2020. Up to date AMC has failed to update my account with the credit bureaus. My account appears to be in over 14 months arrears and it is affecting my score in a bad way. I wouldn't advice any person to open any account with them
