AMC appalling service & lifetime warranty does not exist

I have a very expensive set of AMC cookware which are suppose to have a lifetime warranty. The warranty is non - existent !!! The knobs of two lids have fallen often . I have now been struggling for over 3 years to try and get them replaced . I took them to AMC in London, UK and was informed that I would need to pay £50 postage to send them to Germany to be replaced . I requested for details of where in Germany as I have friends that could take them to Germany - no reply received . Finally , managed to contact Fay Behardien at AMC who offered to help if lids were sent to South Africa . Due to covid unable to arrange . Now I am able to arrange and no reply from Fay to my emails . Is anyone in AMC going to help ????
