AMC - APPALLING SERVICE

Absolutely pathetic service.

I have paid over 24k for a combo in Apr 23. As at today...incorrect delivery still not attented to. I do not even have my warranty.

Consultant who did the sale has completely "ghosted" me. AMC themselves has done nothing to sort out the matter.

After several emails and phone calls, etc....no joy.

Maybe someone here can assist me.

I am appaled at AMC Service.

I will really appreciate if someone can point me in the right direction to someone who can assist me at AMC.
