Why did yourll do this....amazon

I deactivated an email address because I was concerned over 200 rand will come out. I tried to make another account and it blocked me. I tried another account and still blocked.

I do apologize I do have multiple email addresses because I keep things separately.

Why do I keep getting blocked....I'm really upset and made my anxiety go up...I don't know how to use amazon properly...so please tell me what should I do...crying...if I don't get help I will tell my family cancel your services
