Unsatisfied Amazon prime customer

It was terrible I would give them a negative star but I can't I was send back and forth just for a transaction that my bank confirmed I deleted the account cause maybe it could be Fruad at first what my Amazon said someone could be using my card and account and now I lost a big sum of money and Amazon gains
