Unhappy regarding service delivery

Signed up, paid the subscription fee and all of a sudden the ACCOUNT HAS BEEN TEMPŔAŔILY LOCKRD AS THERE NOTUCED ACTIVITY ON IT. for a South African there is no other way to contact them but via the International number to speak to a consultant that is in Cape Town. And this is not cheap either.they cannot help me as the account they see has been opened 7 years ago with NO ACTIVITY. They cannot find any other details, hence I have been watching for two weeks. I cannot log in to cancell my debit card as I guess I need to go to the bank to get a new one as I am going to be charged for something I cannot watch. First tome customer and no one at Amazon can help!!!!!!!!
