Unable to cancel Amazon Prime Video!!

I am trying to cancel Amazon Prime Video but there is no way to cancel it. I have tried everything. Amazon does not recognise my subscription, so I can't sign in, watch videos or cancel!!! - without creating a new account and giving my credit card details again!! Amazon Prime Video is deducting R89 a month from my credit card, so I can't stop the payment. Please help!!!
