I signed up with Amazon Prime on 23 Dec. I was meant to get a 30 day free day trial and thereafter R79/month until I cancel.On 27 Dec 2 x payments of R79 were deducted.On 23 January another 2 x payments of R79 went off my account. I reported this to FNB. Its impossible to contact Amazon Prime via email, telephone or the chat option.You just return to Homepage.I managed to cancel subscription wef 23 February. I have to wait and see if it will happen. In the meantime Amazon Prime owes me R79 x 3. I have to give them credit that the available content is very good for R79/month, but maybe that is the catch.Be warned.
