Terrible service delivery - Not keeping to promised to delivery dates on multiple orders!! Disappointing

I placed this clothing/perfume and other orders weeks ago (as a surprise gift for my daughter’s 11th birthday 21/12/2023…before she leaves on holiday).

I was informed that it would arrive on the 18th Dec 2023 (that was the whole reason for placing the order in the first place)

Today, at the very last minute, I get informed by Amazon, that they can only deliver the parcel by the 22nd Dec 2023 (a day after my daughter has left for her holiday!!). So disappointing!!

I thought that Amazon were the leaders in terms of customer service and delivery efficiencies…? They are obviously not!!

Extremely Disappointing!! They just make promises they can’t keep and take trusting consumer’s money!!
