Take money with no service

When I log into my membership. I am told I don't have a membership, but every month for the last two months they take my membership fee. Try to cancel and that can't be done because I don't have a membership. I can also not reverse the deduction from my account. I have not watched anyting on this app. Don't click apps or download apps if it says free trails cancel at anytime.
