Subtitles not synchronized!

Twice! We watched a movie on Amazon Prime (at extra cost - not included in our subscription) and the subtitles were not synchronized. This is extremely disappointing as I am hard of hearing and the story doesn’t make any sense when the subtitles come two minutes after the character has spoken. If other companies can ensure that the subtitles are immediate, sure Amazon Prime can do the same! We shall stop this subscription!
